Chesapeake Search Partners has exclusively partnered with a rapidly growing, multi‑location landscape company in their search for a Bilingual Benefits Manager/HR Generalist. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong expertise in employee benefits administration and hands-on experience in talent acquisition. The position supports consistent HR practices, employee education, and a positive employee experience across a diverse workforce, including a large Spanish‑speaking employee population.

This role requires 5 days per week on-site in Upper Marlboro, MD.

  • Administer and manage all employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and voluntary plans; serve as the primary point of contact for employees, carriers, and third‑party administrators.
  • Lead annual open enrollment, including vendor coordination, employee communications, system updates, and delivery of benefits education sessions in both English and Spanish.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day benefits operations such as enrollments, terminations, COBRA, claims support, audits, compliance reporting, and maintenance of benefits systems and payroll integrations.
  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting for corporate and field positions, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating offers, and supporting onboarding processes.
  • 3–5 years of experience in benefits administration and recruitment within a multi‑site or high‑volume environment.
  • Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to communicate benefits information and HR processes to Spanish‑speaking employees.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
