CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) - INSURANCE

Our esteemed client is seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Representative (CSR) to support policyholders, service accounts, and partner closely with producers and carriers to deliver a high-quality client experience.

  • Manage day-to-day servicing of client insurance policies, including endorsements and updates
  • Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and evidence of coverage
  • Review and process Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs)
  • Respond to billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies with clients and carriers
  • Assist clients with claims reporting and provide follow-up throughout the process
  • Handle incoming client communications with professionalism and urgency
  • Process carrier requests (driver changes, registrations, contact updates, etc.)
  • Prepare and submit required state and carrier forms (e.g., FR19, FR13)
  • Support policy renewals and supplemental applications
  • Partner with producers, account managers, and carriers to ensure seamless service
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License (required)
  • Experience in an insurance agency or brokerage environment
  • Strong knowledge of policy servicing, endorsements, and client support
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
  • Experience with agency management systems (EPIC, AMS360, or similar) preferred
