CUSTOMER SUCCESS REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

Chesapeake Search Partners is partnering with a leading provider of public safety, emergency preparedness, and government procurement solutions to identify a Customer Success Representative (CSR). This role will support both customers and the outside sales team by helping manage orders, coordinate solutions, and deliver a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers by supporting inquiries related to orders, pricing, inventory, quotes, and delivery timelines
  • Partner with the outside sales team to assist with quotes, pricing requests, bid opportunities, and account support initiatives
  • Manage customer orders from placement through delivery while providing proactive communication and problem resolution
  • Coordinate product sourcing, freight estimates, and expedited requests to help meet customer needs and project deadlines
  • Maintain accurate records, support operational processes, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience
  • 1-3 years of customer service, sales support, or account coordination experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred, with Epicor Prophet 21 considered a plus
  • Prior leadership or team support experience is a plus
