Chesapeake Search Partners is seeking a proactive and resourceful Digital Marketing & Sales Support Specialist to join our client’s professional services firm. This position would be instrumental in driving our client's online engagement and streamlining their sales and administrative processes. We’re looking for someone who can harness AI and other modern tools to uncover growth opportunities, craft engaging content, and support key functions across the organization.
- Drive business growth using AI tools for lead generation and digital strategy insights.
- Create and manage marketing content, including newsletters, blogs, and website updates.
- Provide high-level support to the President and sales team, including scheduling, proposals, and documentation.
- Oversee SharePoint management and employee onboarding to enhance collaboration and team experience.
- Maintain smooth daily operations through proactive administrative and office support.
- Proven experience in sales support or a related administrative role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools and CRM systems.
- Experience with website content management systems.
- Highly organized.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
