Director of Strategic Operations

Our CSP Real Estate & Financial Services Practice has partnered with a healthcare consulting firm to recruit a Director of Strategic Operations to join their growing team. In this newly created role, the individual will play a pivotal role in driving the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. The Director of Strategic Operations will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize processes, streamline workflows, and align operations with the company's overarching goals. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on operational experience.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Work closely with the CEO, contributing to company strategy and providing thought leadership within the organization
• Oversee all M&A integrations, critically important to company growth
• Responsible for the execution of special projects, defining key priorities and identifying areas for improvement

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
• Previous experience of 3 - 7 years in operations management; healthcare a plus
• Proactive, self-motivated, ability to work in teams and succeed in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and timelines
