Director of Talent Acquisition
Fulton, MD (on-site five days a week)
$155k - $165k (20% bonus potential)
CSP has exclusively partnered with a home improvement services company in their search for a Director of Talent Acquisition. The incumbent will report to the CHRO and manage the Talent Acquisition team. This role requires this individual to be on-site five days a week in Fulton, MD.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-performing talent acquisition team aligned with the business strategy that delivers innovative talent acquisition initiatives, plans, and programs.
- Review business and talent themes and trends and integrate them into a holistic talent management strategy for the business line.
- Lead efforts to identify appropriate metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives in partnership with the HR VP and business leaders.
- Collaborate and engage with the HR team and regional teams to design and implement programs with impact. Recognize and adapt best practices as appropriate.
- Enable a mindset and culture of continuous improvement and growth at the highest levels of the company.
- Lead, manage, and scale the Talent Acquisition team to support the business, including talent management support and talent analytics and research.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with increasing responsibility.
- 5+ years managing high-performing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field.
- Strong with data analytics and great follow-up.
- Strong decision-making skills and can operate with significant autonomy and discretion.
- Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment and interest in supporting a team across many locations.
- Possess a high level of integrity, judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in time-sensitive matters and organized to manage and track multiple priorities simultaneously – grace under pressure and the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.
- Confidence in dealing with senior-level staff and ability to communicate in a crisp, concise, and professional manner.
