Chesapeake Search Partners has been retained by a well-established, reputable real estate firm looking for a Transaction Coordinator. This individual will be supporting a tenured commercial real estate sales team specializing in properties in the mid-Atlantic and Washington, DC. The role will be involved in the sales process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, meeting deadlines, and facilitating communication among all parties.

  • Gain hands-on experience in analyzing market trends and crafting compelling property narratives for high-impact Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) reports and Offering Memoranda.
  • Play a key role in supporting active transactions, ensuring smooth deal flow by maintaining organized documentation and leveraging CRM tools.
  • Partner closely with research and marketing teams to develop materials and strengthen branding.
  • Take ownership of the due diligence process, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to drive timely and accurate deal execution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience; real estate or a related field strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, real estate, finance, or business-related field of study preferred.
  • Proven organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/transaction management software.
